End to end client management on calls.
Handing the process of increasing the bids in an auction.
Relationship building with clients.
Stakeholder management.
Processing inquiries generated through telesales
Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
Client Relation related activities.
General Day shift - 6 Days working.
Non-incentive role.
