Job Profile

Developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer(HNI) relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.

Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.

Cross-sells bank products to the existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.

Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.

Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.

Responsible for successfully contacting 20 customers per day.

Responsible for meeting 4 customers/ prospects per day.

Responsible for 2 product sales (CASA, TD, SIP, MF, Insurance, Gold, Demat, Asset, Gift Card etc.) per day.


Job Requirement :


Should have direct sales experience & orientation.

Portfolio Management.

Customer retention.

Cost efficiency through the process.

Immense interest in developing a relationship with the customers.

Minimum work exp.- 4 year

Maximum Age Limit - 32 yrs
