Managing a team of 10-12 Executives
Responsible for client acquisition and achieving the team target.
Providing necessary In house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
Cross sell other financial Products
Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service focus areas being : Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, ME productivity and cross selling of various products
Managing key customer relationships, Building and sustaining investment relationships with High Net worth Individuals
Recruitment of Executives.
Efficient Sales management: Higher productivity, low attrition and rejection control
