Calling prospective customers of Orchid Research and convince them to open a Demat and Trading account with our partners (ICICI Securities, IIFL Securities).
Brief about the services and features of our company.
Brief customers about Insurance and Loans and sell these products to customers.
Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to invest in healthy investment instruments as per their needs and risk profile.
Desired candidate profile:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
Any outbound sales or telesales experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling skills.
Salary Structure:
50% Fixed + 50% Variable + Extra Performance-based incentives
The variable component will depend on the completion of the targets provided by us.
